Note: If you are a New Patient you MUST book an initial visit (75 min) or start with a 15 min free consultation call to learn more. We do not accept New Patients for less than a 75 min visit.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations require 24-hour notice. We don’t accept cancellations through social media; however, you can text us during business hours. Note: cancellations via text or voicemail on Sundays for Monday appointments incur a fee. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur the full cost of the visit. Remember, missed appointments or cancellations won’t receive clinical receipts or direct billing to insurance.

Required: We require a credit card on file for all visits, including visits direct-billed to insurance. We require a card on file for classes as well (class students can cancel their class up to 4 hours before the class. JaneApp will ask for 24 hrs, but text us at (905) 439-7768 to let us know you cannot make it at least 4 hrs before the class without repercussions.

Welcome! If this is your first visit, you can schedule an Initial Consultation with our Intake Worker. This is a complimentary 10-15 minute session where she will ask you some questions about why you are seeking therapy. She will help you identify your needs and then connect you with the therapist or program that best suits you.

In her seventh year as a dedicated professional healthcare provider, Heather continues to achieve excellence in caring for a diverse spectrum of patients encountering a wide variety of illnesses and injuries. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings and cooperated with many other healthcare providers including RMT’s and Chiropractors to deliver the best integrated healthcare for their patients.

Having completed a rigorous five year training in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, Heather brings a knowledge of health and wellness to every interaction with patients. Heather believes that wellness is a goal that every person can achieve and live a life free of discomfort and pain.

Her current practice includes women in all stages of life - including fertility, childbirth and post-partum, mid-life challenges, perimenopause and menopause as well as aging with grace. Shyla’s love for fitness wasn’t always so prevalent in her life. She struggled to maintain a healthy weight throughout her childhood and teenage years with poor eating habits and an inactive lifestyle, but then discovered kickboxing and became addicted to the sport. After losing almost 70 pounds in a year and a half, the need to help others achieve their fitness goals was realized. Shyla was certified through the Canadian Fitness Professionals and became a Fitness Instructor Specialist and Personal Trainer. She is also certified as a Spin and Kickboxing Instructor. Her approach to fitness is tough but compassionate, always giving her clients an extra push when needed, and ready with encouragement and enthusiasm. Shyla has worked with a wide range of clients from preteens to older adults, from complete beginners to fitness fanatics looking to be taken to that next level. She found a passion for getting people excited about fitness, and loves being their introduction to the world of healthy and active living. In both her group classes and one-on-one sessions, her fun and energetic approach to exercise is contagious.
