This is our online booking site for massage therapy, acupuncture, yoga, strength training, and pilates. If you experience difficulties when booking, please call or text us during open hours at (905) 439-7768 or email us at info@stonermt.com.

**Note: New Patients must book a 75-min initial Assessment/Treatment. We also recommend a 15-min free consultation call to learn more about us.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations require 24-hour notice. We don’t accept cancellations through social media; however, you can text us during business hours. Note: cancellations via text or voicemail on Sundays for Monday appointments incur a fee. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur the full cost of the visit. Remember, missed appointments or cancellations won’t receive clinical receipts or direct billing to insurance.

Required: We require a credit card on file for all visits, including visits direct-billed to insurance. We require a card on file for classes as well (class students can cancel their class up to 4 hours before the class. JaneApp will ask for 24 hrs, but text us at (905) 439-7768 to let us know you cannot make it at least 4 hrs before the class without repercussions.

Complimentary 15 min Consultation

Welcome! If this is your first visit, you can schedule an Initial Consultation with our Intake Worker. This is a complimentary 10-15 minute session where she will ask you some questions about why you are seeking therapy. She will help you identify your needs and then connect you with the therapist or program that best suits you.

In her seventh year as a dedicated professional healthcare provider, Heather continues to achieve excellence in caring for a diverse spectrum of patients encountering a wide variety of illnesses and injuries. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings and cooperated with many other healthcare providers including RMT’s and Chiropractors to deliver the best integrated healthcare for their patients.

Having completed a rigorous five year training in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, Heather brings a knowledge of health and wellness to every interaction with patients. Heather believes that wellness is a goal that every person can achieve and live a life free of discomfort and pain.

Her current practice includes women in all stages of life - including fertility, childbirth and post-partum, mid-life challenges, perimenopause and menopause as well as aging with grace. With a background as a former professional ballerina and high-level athlete, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges of dealing with injuries, surgeries, and the recovery process. Over time, I realized the immense value of self-care—and yoga has been a transformative part of my journey.

A few years ago, I discovered yoga, and it completely changed my life. Meet Jessica

Certified Athletic Therapist | Registered Kinesiologist | Registered Massage Therapist

With a passion for both injury prevention and performance recovery, Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to her treatments. A graduate of York University (2014) in Athletic Therapy and the Ontario College of Health and Technology (2021) in Massage Therapy, Jessica is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Her background blends her expertise in sports nutrition, athletic performance, and manual therapy to provide a comprehensive approach to recovery.

Jessica is a skilled manual therapist who combines a variety of techniques, including fascial release, trigger point therapy, PNF stretching, mobilization, and Swedish massage. Her work with athletes and clients of all ages helps them not only recover from injuries but also optimize their physical performance.

Outside of the clinic, Jessica is actively involved in the sports world, serving as the team athletic therapist for hockey in the winter and lacrosse in the summer.
